How it Works

Assessment

Customer and QuoTek Agent conduct a needs analysis.

Research

QuoTek Agent researches the 3 best service providers based on customer needs and goals.

Quote

QuoTek Agent prepares and presents a side by side quote comparison listing the 3 best service providers.

Coordination

At the Customers discretion QuoTek has the ability to coordinate conference calls with the service provider, to review their quote, implementation process, product demos, proof of concept policies, visio review, etc.

Selection

Customer then selects the service provider they would like to sign-up with.

Paperwork

QuoTek Agent gathers all service agreements and paperwork from the selected service provider.

Signature

Quotek Agent forwards the service agreement paperwork to the Customer for signature. Customer then returns the signed agreement back to QuoTek for processing with the service provider.

Installation

The Service provider’s project management team then works with the Customer directly to coordinate the installation process.
